It is March. The school year is near to wending down. and Spring has sprung, wouldnt you say?

I just got back from New York City, I was staying with Miss Lucy on a great white shark hunting boat. I kid you not. I think we had a different experience that the standard touristic one,to say the least. Run ins with the Weehawkin police force of New Jersey that lead to being escorted home in the back of a squad car, chocolate factories Willy Wonka style, my 18th birthday (ha), memory foam, FBI agents and french horn players, crispy squid, Starry Starry Night, snow storms, cabs, ferries, airplanes, buses, subways, and of course werewolves. New York is full of so many possibilities. Phil and Zack I don’t know if you got this feeling as well, but for me it didn’t feel like the people were strangers. they just happened not to know you.

And speaking of strangers, it has been a ludicrously long time since I have seen you lovelies. but it doesn’t mean that I am not thinking of you. my rabbit is slightly out of commision at the moment, she is without a clutch. But I am coming soon. and I think some feasting should be in order.
love

  1. Apple? Yes apple pies have been part of my feasting this past weekend and hopefully more pies will be for the feasting next weekend (maybe not as big as NYC, but delicious nonetheless). I hope to have some seriously music involved celebrations next weekend. Colin and I have thus far decided to occupy the same bodies with livliness for one fifth of a century and therefore I believe some more livliness is due. Possibly a little show in our garage on friday and then I’m hoping to making it down to Neumos in Seattle on Saturday to see Kings of Convenience and Feist (of Broken Social Scene). This would of course be following the wonders of Bob Dylan on Wednesday. Yes yes yes, music and feasts are here for me this next week. Kate, I think you and Lucy have really one-upped Zack and I with this fbi chocolate shark and squid adventure and I couldn’t be more happy for the two of you for doing so.

  2. Werewolves and great white sharks?....in NYC? Kate, that’s weak. i totally saw a ninja riding bareback on a velociraptor through a McDonald’s drive-thru over here. and he got a McFlurry. Oreo.
